Killer signs your body does not have enough oxygen
Continuous tiredness is a major sign that your body isn’t getting enough air. There are different types of feeling tired, but fatigue that comes with low air is never-ending. It makes you feel tired most of the time. You may feel exhausted halfway through the day. No amount of sleep seems to be help. Getting tired more quickly than you used to, is a sign that your blood isn’t getting enough air.
Increase heart rate
In hypoxemia, your heart is works hard to get air to all parts of your body because there isn’t enough of it. If you are not experiencing any anxiety symptoms and your heart is racing, it might be due to a low level of air in the blood.
You may have bluish color around your mouth, on the inside of the lips, or on the fingernails. This may also happen when you are not getting as much oxygen as needed. The color of your skin may also appear pale or gray. This may be happening on and off for sometime.
Shortness of breath
Low level of air means that you are going to have difficulty breathing. When you have trouble breathing and pulling in air, you’re going to have trouble getting enough oxygen into your blood as a result. Dizziness or weakness
A common sign of low level of air in your blood is getting weak or dizzy more quickly than normal. You can also experience dizziness when standing up too quickly. However, this mostly occurs on a daily basis, during any level of simple or stressful activity. Since your blood carries air all throughout your body, getting weak or dizzy quickly is a sign that your blood isn’t carrying enough air to all the parts of your body.
