You’ll eat fewer calories and avoid the chemical additives, added sugar, and unhealthy fats of packaged and takeout foods that can leave you feeling tired, bloated, and irritable, and exacerbate symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety.



Also, you can improve your health by keeping a balanced diet. You should eat foods that contain vitamins and minerals. This includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and a source of protein.

Additionally, if you have a low mood, and it’s due to tiredness, increase your intake of vitamin B3, which your body needs to access the energy from food. It’s found in turkey, fish, eggs and dairy.

Moreover, almost everyone can benefit from cutting back on unhealthy fat. If you currently eat a lot of fat, commit to cutting back and changing your habits. Unhealthy fats include foods such as: chicken meat, poultry skin, fatty cuts of pork, beef, and lamb; and high-fat dairy foods.
