5. Protect Your Hair When Traveling

Ensure you always cover your hair while traveling. This will help reduce the risk of dandruff as your hair will not be exposed to the harsh or irritation in the polluted environment.

8. Dietary Changes

Changing your diet can greatly change the condition of your hair or scalp. It also promotes healthy hair growth. Include foods like leafy vegetables, fruits, eggs and whole grains in your daily diet for protein content.
