  • For children, adjust the dosage to 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of honey.

  • Take a clean container and place a 1/2 cup of sliced onion, 1 freshly grated ginger or 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic in it.
  • Cover the ingredients with 3/4 cup of raw honey and let the ingredients infuse and settle for around 8 hours.
  • After 8 or more hours, add 2-4 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil to it.
